Raising, Training, and Equipping the Disciple Makers
Better Teachers, Better Disciples
Jesus told us to “make disciples.” Yet, we find ourselves in a disciple dilemma.
We build churches, establish home meetings, generate programs, and create dynamic services. But it doesn’t solve the disciple dilemma. Maybe it’s not a program problem but a definition issue.
What if we’ve been missing something simple?
A disciple is a student. To learn and grow, students need teachers.
Bible teachers aren’t program runners. They are front-line workers who must teach effectively, answer questions honestly, and help people move from church-attender to disciple.
Many people are willing and passionate to teach the Bible yet they lack the practical support and training. Bible studies become saturated with opinion. Sunday school becomes a mini-sermon. Teaching time is just another church lecture.
We can do better! Without prepared teachers, we can’t prepare students.
This is why the Discipled Teacher was created. We don’t offer another curriculum. The Discipled Teacher trains Bible teachers to understand the Bible and how people learn, and equips teachers with proven teaching methods. Better Teachers, Better Disciples.
